IF ACQUIRES RM COMPONENTS IN HJO

On April 9, AnVa T&C acquired the company RM Komponenter in Hjo.

RM Components is engaged in subcontracting, laser cutting, edge pressing and welding. The company also has long experience of project and interior design.
The company has a turnover of SEK 30 million and has 16 employees.

We see that this acquisition contributes to the Group's ability to offer complete solutions through the company's high competence and modern machinery. In Hjo we now have the opportunity to serve our customers with laser cutting of pipes and sheets, manual and robot welding, edge pressing, qualified assembly and powder coating. Together with our customers, we can also contribute to the design and design of products or solutions, says AnVa's CEO Per Andersson.

ANVA GROUP ACQUIRES BERGBOM & SONS

On March 1, the AnVa Group, through AnVa Tubes & Components AB, acquired Bergbom & Söner, in Hjo (www.bergboms.se). The company's focus is on customers in interior design / furniture, industrial and scaffolding and the company's competencies are within pipe bending, pressing, robot welding, powder coating and assembly. Bergbom & Söner has a turnover of approximately SEK 70 million and has about 50 employees.

In the AnVa group, the company AnVa Arion Sweden (www.arionsweden.anva.se) is also available in Hjo, where Peter Labecker is CEO. Peter also takes the CEO role in Bergbom & Söner.
